Dear valued patients,
Your health, and the well-being of our community remains our top priority. We are monitoring the CDC and WHO websites to stay informed about the spread of COVID-19, and all necessary precautions that we can take to ensure your safety in all our offices. That said, I want to emphasize that Dr. Chacko and Precision Pain Care and Rehabilitation is open for ALL SERVICES. This includes acupuncture as well as any office visits or injections you may need.
Dr. Chacko will be able to consult in person, or if you are more comfortable, remotely via telephone. This way, you will be able to speak with me and not leave the security of your home, office, or place of business.
Dr. Chacko and Precision Pain Care and Rehabilitation have been privileged to provide excellent pain management, sports medicine, and physical medicine to our patients. We have been happy to provide these services to thousands of patients in Queens, Long Island, and beyond.
